Hello! I’m Chrissy and I teach Hatha and Yin yoga, and meditation. Learning yoga at the tender age of six years old, I bring a playful, dynamic energy to all of my classes.
I truly believe that everyone can benefit by doing regular yoga and meditation, whoever you are or however your body feels.
I focus on engaging, careful sequencing and accessible poses for every ability. No matter what the theme of the class is you’ll feel safe, energised and uplifted by the end.

From fun-filled classes, to in-depth workshops, I bring warmth, energy and a lifetime of practise.
Yin Yoga
A slow, meditative practise which works with the meridian channels in the body. Postures are always seated or lying down, supported with props. You will feel a deep stretch as you find stillness in your body and mind.
Hatha Yoga
Moving through a creative sequence of classical yoga postures whilst using the breath to achieve greater strength and flexibility. Accessible and satisfying for all abilities. I like to teach Hatha with a playful twist.
